Kings Island and Great Wolf Lodge

We spent the last two days at Kings Island and Great Wolf Lodge. It was Sarah's first trip to Kings Island and the first time any of us have been to Great Wolf.

Simon enjoyed some of the rides that last year he was not tall enough for. He also was patient and rode on the not so thrilling rides with Sarah which made her so happy.

Although Great Wolf is a bit pricey, it was worth it! It was nice staying within walking distance from Kings Island and the water park there is awesome.

We enjoyed the Day out with Thomas with the Nagle's. I think Sarah was more excited that Simon. She could not get enough of being near Thomas.

A trip to the zoo

Simon, Sarah, and I enjoyed a trip to the zoo today with Brittany, David, and Dawson. The weather was a little cool for the water park area but perfect for seeing the animals. They were out and active since it was in the low 70's.

Another season completed

Today was the last game of the season for the Rockets. I really enjoyed coaching this season since I had another parent to help me. Next year it will be a new team for Simon and I am not sure yet if I am going to coach again.

Last day of school!

It is hard to believe the end of the school year is here. Next stop...kindergarten.

Nathan and Andrew's Baptism

Today was Nathan and Andrew's baptism. Joseph and I were honored to be chosen as their godparents.

(I made this for the boys...many hours of stitching anxiously awaiting their arrival.) I decided their baptism was a great day to give it to them.
