A tradition at CDCB is on the your last day, you get to put your handprints on the wall. After passing all of the hands day after day, I can't believe Simon is on the wall now.
The last day is also "Fun Day" for the whole school. It is like a carnival for the kids. It was fun for all!
A brave teacher was in the dunking booth.Friday was tough day. It was Simon's last day at Child Development Center of the Bluegrass. It was very hard for us. He has been there since he was 22 months old. Friday was also Sarah last day with her babysitter Alma. She will be starting on August 13th at Child Development Center which is the same day Simon with start pre-K 4 at St. Peter and Paul School.
Simon overcame our sadness with a trip to Target today to buy school supplies for his new school. We both had a great time picking out everything.
